Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The Charmat method is used to produce this sparkling wine.

Straw yellow with a fine perlage.

Characteristic, fresh and fruity, with hints of yellow and green apple, banana and pear.

Elegant, agreeable and fresh with good smoothness and fullness.

Excellent as an aperitif or between meals. Ideal with modern light cuisine. Excellent with fish appetizers and delicate dishes.

Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C, preferably in an ice bucket.

STORAGE/REFINING

Its characteristics can be fully appreciated in the year following the harvest.
