1. PURCHASE PROCEDURES
By connecting to the website, you can directly purchase our products and view the technical specifications. To purchase, just place your chosen products in the shopping basket. To proceed, click the “Order” button. This operation does not bind the customer to make a purchase. Then an order form will appear, where you can insert your personal data, choose the form of payment and shipping address, and the conditions of sale, which, if accepted, will confirm your order. When you have checked the details of your order and that the data inserted are correct, the order form will be sent to Azienda Agricola Tomasella di Tomasella Comm. Luigi & C. s.a.s. The company reserves the right not to proceed with the delivery if, after checks, the data inserted should be incorrect or incomplete.
2. PRODUCT PRICES
The prices listed for all the products in the online shop include VAT.
Transport costs are specified when the total price of the order is calculated, and vary according to the type of transport chosen (standard or express). Transport costs are specified in the shopping basket before making the purchase.
3. PRODUCT DELIVERY
Our products are sent by Poste Italiane (Italian State Postal system) and express couriers, with the following delivery times:
- Italy: within 4 working days

Delivery times may vary at certain times of the year (scheduled bank holidays) due to foreseeable delays in freight traffic.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
Please specify an address, where someone will be available to receive the order throughout the entire day. If the courier is not be able to deliver, the customer shall be liable and be obliged to telephone the headquarters of the Poste Italiane or the courier in question in order to agree on the time of any subsequent delivery, or obliged to go to the headquarters to collect the goods.
5. GUARANTEE
Azienda Agricola Tomasella di Tomasella Comm. Luigi & C. s.a.s. guarantees that the products conform to the specifications on the order form.
6. PAYMENT
Payment of the amount corresponding to the order sent to Azienda Agricola Tomasella di Tomasella Comm. Luigi & C. s.a.s. may be made in the following ways:

7. CANCELLATION RIGHTS
As prescribed by Legislative Decree no.206 of 06/09/2005, and subsequent additions and amendments, concerning the protection of consumers with regard to long distance contracts, if you are a consumer that has acted for purposes unrelated to your professional activity, you may cancel the purchase contract, by returning the purchased goods to Azienda Agricola Tomasella di Tomasella Comm. Luigi & C. s.a.s. and obtain a refund of the price paid, without having to pay any additional charges or penalties. You may cancel the purchase within 10 working days of receiving the product/s you have purchased by following the Cancellation procedure explained below. This right cannot be exercised, however, in the following cases:
- Perishable food products
- Customised or clearly personalised goods or goods which, by their very nature, cannot be sent back or are liable to deteriorate or rapidly alter;
- Packed and sealed products that have been opened by the customer.
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
In the event of exercising the right to cancellation, the Customer must return the goods, intact and unused, received at his/her own expense to Azienda Agricola Tomasella di Tomasella Comm. Luigi & C. s.a.s. within 10 working days starting from the date of receipt of the goods, attaching a copy of the invoice or delivery note. The goods must be returned via insured prepaid freight. No goods shall be accepted if sent by carriage payable on arrival or COD. Azienda Agricola Tomasella di Tomasella Comm. Luigi & C. s.a.s. shall make a refund, after receiving notification in which the Customer has expressed his/her wish to cancel the purchase. Any costs of shipping and home delivery shall be borne by the Customer. The essential condition for exercising the right to cancellation is that the goods and the packaging shall be intact.
In all cases concerning the return of goods, all transport costs shall be borne by the Customer.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND COURT OF JURISDICTION
Contracts governed by these General Conditions of Sale are enforced by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the execution of the contracts governed by these General Conditions of Sale shall be settled by the Court of Pordenone. Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, I declare that I have carefully read and understood these General Conditions of Sale and I explicitly accept the following clauses: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8.
