A semi-sparkling wine with a subtle perlage, straw yellow in colour with greenish tinges.
It offers intriguing hints of exotic fruits, wild flowers and green apple, which make it the most typical Italian aperitif. Its well-balanced acidity, good sapidity and delicate persistency can be experienced on the palate.  Excellent as an aperitif, it is the ideal accompaniment to pasta dishes, shellfish, fish salads, cold cut snacks, fragrant bread and mozzarella.

50% destemmed and 50% with gentle pressing of whole grapes. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The Charmat method is used to produce this sparkling wine.

HOW TO SERVE

Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C, preferably in an ice bucket.
