Made from a red grape variety that is much loved in our lands. This charismatic wine is ruby red with purple tinges. Its bouquet is delicately vinous with hints of herbs and light notes of sweet peppers, small wild berries and green pepper.
It has a full-bodied flavour, a strong personality, with delicate and velvety sensations. It is a very good accompaniment to pork and lamb, flavoursome stews and sauces, vegetarian pasta dishes and fresh cheeses.

VINIFICATION

It is vinified by the red wine method with gentle pressing and long maceration (10 days) at a controlled temperature of 25°C. Malolactic fermentation is completed.

AGING

5 months is steel tanks, 2 months in the bottle.

It has an excellent bouquet, with hints of raspberries and subtle notes of herbs.
