A light straw yellow prosecco with greenish reflections, characterised by fresh and fruity notes and aromas of wild flowers. On the palate displaying a nice sapidity, notes of green apples, quinces and exotic fruit. The taste is gracious fresh and fruity, with well balanced acidity and moderate persistence. Excellent served on its own, as aperitif or paired with light first courses. The ideal serving temperature is at 7°/8°C.
