Osè - Rosato

A Rosé sparkling wine with intense and delicate wild rose, pomegranate, peach bouquet and musk fragrance, vinificated at a low temperature with Refosco and Verduzzo grapes. A particular medium-dry version of sparkling wine which combines pleasantness and softness with a strong personality. It leaves a freshness sensation in mouth, a persistent fruit and dry taste, sustained by a fine and elegant perlage. An unusual sparkling wine that accents total versatility either with spicy fusions of intense tastes, or sweets and deserts, and always an excellent apertif.

VinificationThe grapes without stalk are vinificated at a low temperature in order to preserve their fresh and fruity taste, with a brief maceration on the skins. The fresh must is fermentated at a controlled temperature. The sparkling process used is Martinotti method.
Ageing2 months in autoclave, 1 month in bottle.
AlcoholContent 11,50% vol. sugar remaining: 35 g/lt.

FragranceFresh and delicate, widely fruity with wild rose, pomegranate and raspberry fragrances, delicate musk scents of strong personality.
TasteSoft and velvety, good savouriness and persistence, excellently accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage.
CombinationIt goes remarkably well with cold pork meat courses like raw ham Patanegra and Culatello, bacalà mantecato, fine salami and smoked ricotta, perfect for ethnic food. Very good with desserts, especially with dry pastries, but also pleasant between meals for every occasion.
ServingIn a wide glass at a temperature of 6-8° C. We suggest to serve it quite iced.
