Le Bastìe Bianco - Friuli Grave D.O.C.

A white wine with a dry and elegant bouquet and a straw-yellow color abounding with golden hues, Le Bastìe Bianco offers a crisp fruit-flavored aroma replete with both light balsamic tones and the balancing scent of aromatic herbs. The barrique barrel refinement process gives the structure a soft, complete complexity and a delightful persistence within the palate. Pairs well with aged salami and cold pork meat, elaborate first courses, and both white meat and fish. Excellent with “bacala alla vicentina”, noodles with boletus mushrooms and medium-ripened cheese.

Diploma of Great Mention at Vinitaly, Verona 2007 and 2008.
